English Premier League side Bournemouth are reportedly planning a late trade for the Nigeria international and Fenerbahce Bright winger Osayi-Samuel, and Crystal Palace are also interested in the former QPR superstar, reports PUNCH Sports Extra.
According to The Sun, the Cherries are looking for a dramatic move for the Nigerian winger, with Fenerbahce demanding £12m for their star player following an impressive year in Turkey.
Premier League interest in the side has skyrocketed in recent days, with Fenerbahce recently announcing that Palace had made an offer to bring Osayi-Samuel back to London.
However, Bournemouth could now make their own move as Gary O’Neil looks to make another signing in January.
Osayi-Samuel has settled in well in Istanbul with the first team and has made 27 appearances in all competitions for Canarias Amarillas this season.
Bournemouth’s transfer team are big fans of the versatile Nigerian and would find the funds for a player who could fill a number of roles for them.
Osayi-Samuel is currently out injured after picking up an injury in Fenerbahçe’s Ziraat Turkish Cup match at home to Çaykur Rizespor in a round of 16 match.
The Nigerian defender overcame the injury in the 80th minute, which Fenerbahce won 2-1, and was replaced by Willian Arao.
Osayi-Samuel has operated as a right-back for the Turkish giants, but can also play on the wing or up front.
