New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) presidential candidate Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso urged voters not to forget the mismanagement of the country under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Addressing reporters in Gusau, the capital of Zamfara state, Kwankwaso said the APC and PDP presidential candidates were simply vowing to continue what their parties have done to Nigerians.

He said Nigerians are living witnesses to the corruption and insecurity that plagued the country under the PDP and APC administrations.

He urged the electorate to vote for him because he has a plan to generate positive change in the country.

Kwankwaso said that the NNPP plan is for the development of the whole country, adding that it includes measures to end the security challenge facing the country.

He recalled that while he served as defense minister, the military forces were properly used to handle security challenges even in other countries.

“It is shameful that the APC-led federal government has failed to combat untrained bandits in the forest, due to the huge amount of financial, military, police, DSS and NSCDS resources,” he added.

He claimed that the electorate in the northern states where people were being killed daily who were contemplating choosing either the PDP or the APC should undergo a psychiatric test.

“How can a sensible person, with all the daily murders and kidnappings of his relatives, condone the continuation of these evil acts by choosing PPD or APC candidates,” he added.

The NNPP presidential candidate promised to create job opportunities for the country’s youth and improve the educational level.

“During my tenure as the governor of Kano State, I made sure that all children with university requirements attended university education both inside and outside the country,” he added.

He urged the electorate to vote for the NNPP in order to have proper and legitimate leadership.
