NOTICE TO NIGERIAN EXCHANGE LIMITED – NGX OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF GUINNESS NIGERIA PLC

This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the Market that a meeting of the Guinness Nigeria Plc Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 for the purpose of considering and approving the financial results for the second quarter. which ends on January 31, 2023. December 2022, among other matters.
Accordingly, pursuant to the NGX Rules and Listing Rules Amendments, the closed period for trading in shares of the Company by insiders will commence on 1st January 2023 and will expire 24 hours after the announcement of the results.
Therefore, no Director, person with management responsibility, employees with sensitive information and other company insiders and their related persons may trade directly or indirectly with the company’s securities during the closed period.
The results of the period approved by the Board will be subsequently uploaded to the Exchange portal no later than the 26th ofthe January 2023.
