Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has said that hope will come to Nigeria in 2023, and expressed the need to provide leadership to help Nigeria address the country’s concerns.
Atiku revealed this in his New Year’s message on Saturday, December 31.
The presidential candidate in a statement he signed said: “I thank God for his infinite mercies and congratulate all Nigerians for surviving the ordeal imposed on our people for more than seven years.
“I am inspired by the pressing need to provide leadership that will propel Nigeria to greater heights, to overcome our challenges and together reclaim and rebuild a united, strong and prosperous Nigeria.
“Do not despair, hope is on the horizon. PDP will make things right again.
He added: “On behalf of myself, my family and our great party, the PDP, I urge you to support our noble cause to take back and rebuild Nigeria for a prosperous 2023 and beyond.”
He wished everyone a happy and prosperous New Year.
