The human resources and payroll company, Seamless HR, has embarked on a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative to develop the capabilities and potential of young people with physical disabilities.

In a statement, he said the Codeable CSR initiative was launched in partnership with the Committee for Special Olympics in Nigeria to harness the potential of disadvantaged youth and those with intellectual disabilities.

Codeable Committee Chairman Adetoun Akinsunmi noted that the first cohort was organized between July and September 2022.

Akinsunmi said, “Codeable’s second cohort would start in Q1 2023. Three of the best and most active participants would be taken on as interns at Seamless HR and resume work when the company resumes in the New Year.

“Seamless HR seeks the collaboration of other organizations to support the valuable initiative, since the company cannot do it alone.”

He urged other corporate organizations to absorb the participants so they can showcase the skills they have acquired during the training.

The beneficiaries were Dada Samuel, who will join SeamlessHR’s Quality Assurance Department; Jennifer Nowosu, who will join the Product Management Department; and Victoria Oderinde, who will do an internship in the Engineering Department.
