He The Lagos State Government, through the State Valuation Office, has revealed its plan to start a valuation of the Lagos State Waterways Authority’s fixed asset properties across the state.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Director of the Lagos State Valuation Office, Adekunle Awolaja, on Monday.
It read: “The Lagos State Valuation Office is ready to start a valuation exercise of the fixed asset properties of the Lagos State Waterways Authority across the state.
“The office will carry out the exercise within two days in collaboration with two consultants, and around eight locations will be assessed, including LASWA terminals, jetties, control rooms and landings.
“The primary objective of the exercise is to identify and locate all LASWA property, plant, and equipment, determine their condition, determine their economic value in monetary terms, and offer recommendations to optimize the use of such assets.”
