ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
Five (5) O’ Level credit passes in English, Mathematics, 2 of the 3 core science subjects (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) and any other subject. In addition, applicants must have a minimum of JAMB UTME score of 120.
COURSE DURATION
The Program is a 2-year (full-time) course, after which successful candidates will receive a National
Diploma (ND) in Orthopedic Cast Technology.
APPLICATION METHOD
Interested and qualified candidates should obtain application forms from the Recruitment and Employment Planning Unit, MRC Building, LASUTH. Completed application forms must be submitted along with photocopies of applicants credentials, curriculum vitae (CV), two (2) recent passport photos on a white background, SSCE/NECO certificate or WAEC/NECO result printout, printout from UTME and proof of result.

A computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), for assessment purposes. Selected candidates will be invited to provide their original copies of the relevant certificates for sighting during an oral interview.
