Some All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders attended a town hall meeting with some young people ahead of the 2023 general election. reported that CPA presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu met with the youth on Friday, January 6, at the Chida Conference Hall in Abuja.

The former Governor of Lagos State confirms this development through a post shared on his Facebook page and seen by the night of Friday, January 6.

Tinubu wrote:

“Today I met with even younger and more energetic Nigerians to discuss my progressive agenda to renew hope in Nigeria. I assured them that youth will play an important role in my administration and encouraged them to join me in creating a Nigeria that works for everyone.”

The meeting was hosted by Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, who is also the national youth coordinator for the APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC).

The former Lagos State Governor was joined at the event by Governors Bello, Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano), and APC PCC Director General and Plateau State Governor Simon Lalong.

Also at the meeting are former Edo State Governor and APC PCC Deputy Director General Adams Oshiomhole, Youth and Sports Minister Sunday Dare and many party leaders.
