Similarly, the PDP NWC also called on Emmanuel Ukala, SAN, to refrain from further representation in an appeal against the All Progressives Congress, APC and National Assembly candidates by the party’s Rivers chapter.
PDP Request Granted by Court
Meanwhile, none of the lawyers in court opposed the PDP NWC’s decision.
Therefore, the three-man appeal panel headed by Judge Joseph Ikyegh granted the request and it was adjourned to Friday, February 3, 2023 following a request from the PDP’s new counsel.
