Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc – Board Resolution

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (the Company) wishes to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and its shareholders that the following resolutions were submitted to the Board for approval at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Thursday 26th ofthe January 2023.

RESOLUTIONS:

UNAUDITED MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS

1. Approval of the unaudited management accounts of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc
   “IT’S SOLVED by the directors that the unaudited management accounts of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc for the nine months ended 31st December 2022 are and are hereby approved”.
2. Publication of unaudited Management Accounts
   “IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by directors drawing the unaudited management accounts of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc for the nine months ended 31st December 2022 will be published in at least two national newspapers in accordance with the listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) after obtaining regulatory approval.”
