Mr. Abioye, a group captain, added that the appointments were approved by the Chief of the Air Staff, Oladayo Amao, an air marshal.

“Former Armed Forces Command and Staff College Commander Jaji, AVM Anthony Tuwase, is now the Head of Defense Transformation and Innovation (CDTI), DHQ.
“In the same vein, AVM Paul Masiyer is now the Chief of Logistics, HQ NAF; AVM Ibikunle Daramola, the former Air Officers Commander (AOC), Ground Training Command, Enugu is appointed Chief of Communications Information Systems.
“AVM Samuel Chinda now assumes the role of Chief of Air Intelligence, NAF, while AVM Anthony Ndace is now the Secretary for Air, NAF.
“Also affected by the new appointments is AVM Emmanuel Wonah, former chief of aeronautical engineering who is now commander of the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji.
“AVM Charles Ohwo, former CDTI has now been appointed Commander, Armed Forces Resettlement Centre, Lagos, AVM Paul Jemitola, former Secretary for Air is now Commander, Air Force Institute of Technology, Kaduna.
“AVM Abraham Adole is the new Commander of the Air Force War College, Makurdi,” Mr. Abioye stated.
Other new appointments include Sayo Olatunde, Vice Air Marshal, former Commander of the Air Force War College now AOC, Ground Training Command, Enugu and Ebimobo Ebiowe, Vice Air Marshal, now AOC Mobility Command, Yenagoa .
Mr. Abioye added that former Director of Public Relations and Information, Edward Gabkwet, an Air Commodore, has been appointed Commander 551 of NAF Station, Jos, while Air Commodore Wapkerem Maigida, an Air Commodore, is now the new spokesperson. of the NAF.
He said that Olayinka Oyesola, an air commodore, takes over as Commander of the Air Component (Joint Task Force Northeast) ‘Operation Hadin Kai’.
“Air Marshal Amao tasked the officers with applying their professional experiences and continuously exploring new methods to offer viable solutions and renewed strategies to solve the country’s security challenges.
