New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) presidential candidate Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso has stated that his main goal in running in the 2023 presidential election is to end insecurity, rally Nigerians and bring prosperity.

Legit.ng’s Regional reporter in Anambra, Mokwugwo Solomon, quoted Kwankwaso making the pledge recently when he visited Awka, the Anambra state capital, to launch his campaign office.

He expressed optimism that his visit to Anambra would further strengthen the cordial relationship between him and Soludo; as well as the states of Kano and Anambra.

Kwankwaso, whose first port of call was the governor’s office, where he had extensive talks with Gov. Charles Soludo, said he had been able to take the NNPP structure around the states.

Although he regretted that the APC government has failed the nation, he explained that he would only seek to overthrow the current non-functioning government, reverse the negative trend of insecurity, economic crises and division, and bring prosperity; among other things.

Soludo praises Kwankwaso before the polls

Receiving Kwankwaso and his team in his office, Soludo praised him for his tenacity and belief in a united country, describing him as someone with an exemplary record of public service.

The governor explained that each aspirant or candidate should feel free to seek votes in the state without intimidation, and reiterated his position that people should be allowed to make their decisions.

Polls 2023: Soludo scores Kwankwaso above Peter Obi

Similarly, Charles Soludo, Governor of Anambra State, has praised Rabiu Kwankwaso, the NNPP’s presidential candidate, describing him as a man of great tenacity.

Soludo praised the former Kano state governor for being patriotic and believing in one Nigeria, a move he had never made by his predecessor, Peter Obi, who is running against Kwankwaso in the upcoming election.

According to Soludo, public service is the best philanthropic act that anyone can offer if they really intend to make an impact.
