Just 33 days before the 2023 presidential election, Ohanaeze Ndigbo around the world revealed plans to meet with Arewa and northern youth on Sunday.

Okechukwu Isiguzoro, Secretary General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, said the meeting was aimed at mobilizing, refocusing and sensitizing Nigerian youth ahead of the presidential election.

Isiguzoro said Ohanaeze would help the youth form an alliance before the February elections.

A statement from Isiguzoro reads in part: “Ohanaeze Ndigbo will host all youth of ethnic nationalities across the country with assistance from Arewa and northern youth to reorient, sensitize and mobilize youth by 2023, we are facilitating Nigerian participation. Youth towards a last-minute awareness meeting in Enugu before February 1, 2023 and to advise them to remove the advocates of corruption and secure their future through the aggressive mobilization of voters in uniform across the country to vote for the right leaders using their platforms as ethnic youth. organizations

“In the interest of Nigeria, and especially for a better and united Nigeria, Ndigbo has accepted the burden of supporting Nigerian youth to form alliances with the various groups, as there is evidence of renewed interest across the board for the youth vote in uniformity for the candidate of your choice in 2023.

“We have succumbed to pressure from ethnic Nigerian youth to organize them to vote uniformly in the February 25 presidential election, as elders no sacrifice is too little to contribute to a good cause for the country.”
