Omoyele SoworéAfrican Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate, has vowed to address Nigeria’s security challenges, if he is given the mandate in the February 25 election.

Sowore had this to say in Lagos on Tuesday at the 5th One Man Art, hosted by Bolaji Akinyemi.

He said that Nigerians deserved to be protected by the government, regardless of their ethnicity and religion.

Sowore said that insecurity in different parts of the country should challenge Nigerians to elect credible leaders in general elections.

”The situation should challenge us to elect leaders who prioritize our safety and well-being.

”If elected, my administration will invest in protecting everyone, regardless of tribe and religion.

“It is the responsibility of the president to ensure that citizens are safe and protected, I will do this if I am voted into power,” he said.

The AAC candidate affirmed that the nation requires leaders who are willing to make sacrifices in the interest of the citizenry.
