Taiwo Awoniyi has expressed his excitement on social media after meeting popular Nigerian rapper and head of record label Olamide.
The 25-year-old Nottingham Forest forward took to his official Instagram account to share photos of himself and the YBNL boss after he apparently attended Asake’s concert in Manchester.
Taking to his official Instagram account on Wednesday, December 14, Awoniyi posted photos of himself and the music superstar holding up an official Forest club shirt featuring his number 9 shirt, writing: ‘Creation of legend’.
Awoniyi missed the 2022 World Cup along with the Super Eagles team after they failed to qualify for the FIFA World Masterpiece this year.
Olamide ‘Badoo’, as he is affectionately called, recently performed alongside his label signee and Nigerian Afrobeat sensation Asake at their recent concert at Manchester United.
Earlier this year, Olamide was presented together with bad boy timz on EA Sports FIFA 23 VOLTA Soundtracks for their collaboration ‘Skelele’ making its debut on the iconic playlist.
