Popularly known as “RASH”, a shortened form of her given name, or “The Girl with Blue Hair”, an ode to her bright blue hairstyle that she dons every time she takes the field, the Atlético Femeni star has released a scholarship fund in celebration of his 23rd birthday.

On her official Instagram account on Thursday, December 8, 2022, the Super Falcons forward announced that she would be helping students at Nigerian universities, courtesy of the “RASH Scholarship Fund.”

On his social media, he posted: “According to my love and passion for education, I would like to celebrate my birthday this year by helping some students with N10,000 each for their college fees/exams/registration etc.”

Applicants must be students of any university in Nigeria.

Application open from December 8 to 18, 2022.

To apply, applicants can visit the official Rasheedat website and fill in the RASH Scholarship Fund application form.

Applicants must also have photos attached as proof of any outstanding fees or registration payments.

Selected winners will be notified from 23rd December 2022. It is also pertinent to note that winners will have N10,000 sent directly to their school account within days of being notified, although exceptions may apply.

In early 2022, the Super Falcons star extended his contract with Spanish club Atlético Femeni, joining the club in 2021.

Having obtained Diplomas in Sports Management and Coaching Psychology from London’s El Roi University this year, Rash has also been a constant presence in Atlético’s line-up this season, scoring 5 goals and creating 1 assist in 11 appearances in the Primera Femenina division. .

Atlético Femeni are currently ranked fourth in the Spanish women’s division and Rasheedat is expected to return to action for her club in the Madrid derby on Sunday evening, December 11, 2022.
