Onanuga He said that 2023 was a year of renewed hope and victory for Nigerians.
He added that tinubu Y Senator Kashim Shettimahis vice-presidential running mate, had clearly laid out a grand vision for a better Nigeria in his action plan.
“Let’s seize this moment as we work to vote APC in the new year to continue the progressive governance we began over seven years ago.
“In a few hours, 2023 will call us, we must all take advantage of this divine moment of grace and thank our stars for this opportunity to be among the living.
“We do this while praying for the repose of those who were unable to do so in the conviction that their souls rest in peace.
“We also pray for those who might have gone through the year 2022 with some challenges so that the new year brings good news,” he said.
Onanuga added that 2023 was significant for Nigeria and Nigerians because it would provide another opportunity for people to exercise their inalienable rights to participate in decision-making over the country’s human and material resources.
This, he said, is a duty that every citizen qualified to vote cannot transfer to another person, adding that it is a responsibility that should not be exchanged for money.
“It is a sacrifice for the consolidation of democracy and federalism, sacred values of our Constitution.
“Each vote is a testament to renewed hope, the certainty of victory over poverty, and the conviction that our country carries within it the potentialities of the world’s next superpower, indeed, the first black superpower.
“Nigerians around the world have sown those seeds of greatness in the work they do and the positive impact they make as doctors, lawyers, engineers, artists, athletes, teachers and professionals in all fields of endeavor.” he said.
Onanuga added that as we move from where we were to where we want to be, we need to maximize our resources, feed ourselves with what we grow, and provide our youth with an education that makes them excel.
He further said that we also needed to provide shelter for the homeless and bring constant electricity and technology to make production easier and more convenient.
“2023 is our chance to make these dreams come true, let’s seize the momentOnanuga urged.
He noted that as the CPA’s presidential candidate, with 41 million registered members, Tinubu presents the best vision.
This, he said, was especially for the future of our collective prosperity with promises that were practical, immediate, and valuable to our development journey.
He said the current administration of President Muhammadu Buhari had done its best despite the challenges, adding that it is like building a track on a solid foundation of concrete.
“The next APC administration under the leadership of Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima, his running mate, when elected, will put a plane on the runway already built by Buhari that will take us at supersonic speed to our destination.
“The world will see Nigeria fly higher and higher.
“Security, infrastructure, education, health, housing and tourism will be transformed to generate jobs and boost the economy,Onanuga said.
