The Nigerian Entertainment Practitioners Association says it fully stands behind its member and Nollywood star Empress Njamah over the alleged video leaked online, saying there is nothing to worry about the video.

The body says the video in no way diminishes the enviable personality of Njamah, who says he has distinguished himself in the industry in both character and professional prowess, insisting that his image is not at stake in any way as he did not turn himself in to no scandalous matter.

Njamah’s video had surfaced online allegedly posted by her estranged fiancé, simply identified as Josh. It has drawn mixed reactions with various internet users calling for Josh’s arrest and prosecution for criminal blackmail against the actress.

She was said to have called off their engagement, a move that did not go down well with Josh, who in reaction threatened to release the videos.
