Onyeagwu said that it was always a pleasure for the organization to organize sporting events on its calendar in support of Nigerian youth and sport in general.
“We have a budget for all of our sporting events every year. COVID-19 was a threat two years ago but in recent months there have been cases of natural causes (floods) and federal crisis affecting our events.
“For our part, the commitment remains the same and we are always happy and ready to support the sport. This year 2023, we can confirm that our main events are coming: Women’s Basketball, Delta Principals’ and Headmasters’ Cup. We almost organized basketball last year, but the time was very short after everything was agreed.
According to him, the social club events are also expected to be organized at Ikoyi Club and Lagos Country Club.
