Lagos, I love you, but I can’t do this again, Burna Boy says in ‘half-assed’ apology to his fans

Grammy Award-winning singer Damini Ogulu, known professionally as Burna Boy, has posted an apology that many of his fans have labeled “half-baked.”

Recall that the singer’s concert that took place on the night of Sunday, January 1 in Lagos took place around 3 am, instead of 6 pm

Hours ago, in a post on his Instagram story, Burna Boy apologized to his Lagos fans for their disappointment. He promised that he would not perform in Lagos again despite the love he has for his fans.

Giving reasons, Burna stated that the type of organizational structure and infrastructure it needs is not available.

However, he plans to build a world-class infrastructure and is open to working with investors and stakeholders to bring his vision to life. His statement says:
