A former legislator, Shehu Sani, frowned at the Federal Government’s attitude towards the family of the late Selimota Idowu, who died in a train accident.

Sani in a tweet on Tuesday revealed that the FG had yet to pay a condolence visit to the family.

the punch reported last week that an Abuja-bound train crushed the chief accountant for channel five of the Nigerian Television Authority, Abuja, Selimota Idowu, to death after the train rammed her car.

Our correspondent who visited the Chikakore Community on Tuesday found out that Sani also visited the community.

His tweet read: “Selimat Idowu was crushed to death by the Kaduna-Abuja train. No visits or condolences from the Ministry of Transport, none from the Ministry of the Federal Capital Territory, none from the Nigerian Railway Corporation, none from the FG, none from the FCT elected officials.”
